Who we are

Hillsong Sweden är en modern kristen kyrka. Vår längtan är att göra det lätt för människor att närma sig Gud och möta Hans kärlek. Vi drivs alla av vår passion för Jesus och tacksamhet över vad Han har gjort för oss. Vi tror på kraften i Guds Ord och den lokala kyrkan (församlingen) och vårt uppdrag är att sprida budskapet om Jesus till människor i vår omgivning. Vi finns i Stockholm, Göteborg, Malmö, Jönköping, Örebro, och är en del av en global familj av kyrkor.

Vi är en kyrka som älskar Gud och älskar människor; en gemenskap där du kan höra hemma, växa och göra skillnad. Vi vill bygga en kyrka där människor kan möta Gud, finna sitt syfte och bli utrustade att leda och influera på alla områden i livet.

Our faith

We believe that the Bible is the Word of God. It is reliable, and applicable to our everyday lives.

We believe in an eternal God who created all that exists. He exists in three Persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. His love is total and He is completely holy.

We believe that sin has separated each of us from God and His purpose for our lives.

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ, as both God and man, is the only one who can reconcile us to God. He lived a sinless life as an example for us, died on the cross in our place, and rose again to prove his victory and give us power for life.

We believe that to receive forgiveness and be “born again,” we must repent of our sins, believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and live according to His will for our lives.

We believe that in order to live the holy and fruitful life that God has for us, we need to be baptized in water and be filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit empowers us to use spiritual gifts, including speaking in tongues.

We believe on the power and importance of the Church and the necessity of believers meeting regularly for fellowship, prayer and the breaking of bread.

We believe that God has equipped each of us to be successful in living out His purpose for our lives, which is to praise God, do our part in the Church, and serve the community in which we live.

We believe that God wants to heal and transform us so that we can live healthy and blessed lives to be able to help others more effectively.

We believe that our eternal destination is either heaven or hell and that it is determined by our response to the Lord Jesus Christ.

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ will return, as He promised.

Our Leadership

Lead Pastors Hillsong Sweden

Andreas and Lina Nielsen

Andreas och Lina startade 2006 det som kom att bli Hillsong Church Sweden, där de idag tillsammans är Lead Pastorer. Det som började med en handfull vänner i ett vardagsrum har under deras ledarskap idag vuxit till en kyrka med flera campus runt om i Sverige.

Andreas och Lina tror starkt på den lokala kyrkan, att det kan få vara en plats där människor kan finna hopp och svar för livet. De är överlåtna att sprida budskapet om Jesus och den potential som finns i livet med Honom. Tillsammans vill de bygga en kyrka som influerar och förvandlar Sverige.

Andreas har spenderat över 30 år inom ledarskap i kyrkan. Han är full av vision och tro och är passionerad över att resa upp och utrusta människor att leda och influera på alla områden i livet.

Andreas är också en fantastisk kommunikatör och uppskattas för sin passion, relevans, humor och ärlighet.

Lina har spenderat 25 år inom ledarskap i kyrkan och har ett brinnande hjärta för att människor ska finna det liv som Gud har tänkt för dem. Hennes passion för Guds Ord är genomgående och hon uppskattas för sin ärliga och praktiska undervisning. Lina har skrivit två böcker, En storasysters hemligheter samt Välkommen in - 50 dagar närmare Gud.

Global Senior Pastors

Phil and Lucinda Dooley

Phil and Lucinda Dooley stepped into the role of Global Senior Pastors for Hillsong Church in February 2023. They have been Lead Pastors of Hillsong Church Africa – a large, multi-campus church with locations across South Africa and branching out into the rest of Africa – and will continue in this role.

Together, Phil and Lucinda are committed to building a healthy church that is a wellspring of life, reaching individuals from every part of society with the hope of Jesus, lifting up lives, and building people up within the context of a loving church culture and community.
